I have bought lots of different electrical goods from Raff, they've been simply excellent. Always willing to help and to give a better price and better advice than the faceless chain stores even when it was only a small purchase. Most recently they even beat a trade price for a fridge/freezer on an item that was out of stock everywhere else and did free delivery from a non local store. Raff won't let you down

My mother in laws fridge/freezer broke down we live miles away from her on the isle of wight, I looked on Currys website 7 days for delivery it was too long I was recommeded to raff Radio in Wallington, Surrey I telephoned them and they were very helpful and said they would deliver a new one the next day and set it up all up working and take the old one away and they were £55.00 cheaper but it is not the price because I would have brought it from them anyway it is the personal service that out shines the others and good staff.

10/10 For Service

I would recommend this business and would buy from them again and for elderly people they need a service that will unpack and set it up working as they cannot do it themselves.
