Visited Sunday 5th May. The attending staff could not tell me the difference between a Mocha Cooler and a Mocha Ice, so one must assume they didn't know how to make it. That was evident when the coffee was received. No staff appeared to be clearing tables - we cleared our table before use.Apparent previously collected dirty crockery was stacked high on a table adjacent to ours.The coffee shop was untidy and dirty. Most unpleasant.The drinks were most disappointing, and the experience not good. And no, we were not having a bad day!
