Have no idea how this cafe carries the Illy name brand? Should not advertise all day breakfast unless all day means all day. Was served coffee and waited 15mins for a panini (no one downstairs at all, few customers outside) Went up to query delay and was finally served the panini 20 minutes after coffee when I said to the waitress ,who for some reason was waring an overcoat?I would have preferred the sandwich with the coffee and had been waiting 20 mins her response was " I don't think so" She then refused to give me her name. Overpriced under average food and rude staff. Would I return ? N
