I called in on 23/2/11. The cafe has some great home-made food. I had a mackerel and pasta bake which was delicious (it included peas I remember). The guy serving made me a salad and dressing to go with it which was way superior to the average salad side-serving you get in some places. The coffee I had was really good as well. Even though this is not a 'posh' part of London, it's really good to find an organic cafe serving great home-made food, and next door you can buy all your organic groceries too. The staff were cheerful and friendly. Also this place is not far from 'the city' and is quite close to the Regent's Canal. Thank you.
