Wow I have never been treated so rudely in my life! My friend and I went to bencho's and the waitress refused me a glass of water since I wasn't eating however my friend was. She told me it was rude and therefore she wouldn't allow it. She also told me I was taking up a space and needed to leave. I refused since I was there with my friend and she was eating. I would say to anyone there r better cafes then this city for sure with more friendly staff.
