Caffe Vergnano

The coffee is generally very good but after many visits I must say the service is not always appropriate. Friendliness is often lacking, the waitresses hardly ever listen when the order is given - you end up with having a different kind of coffee and attacked by the waitresses on top of that. Last time I went there I had to wait 10 minutes between ordering the coffee and getting it because the waitress found it more appropriate to serve several people who were queuing after me first and, as usual, did not manage to make the right kind of coffee at the first go. Recommend a change of staff.
