Went here with a friend. I work as a server so I have very high tolerance to waitstaff but I have never in my life been so disrespected like I was in this place. As soon as I walked to grab a drink the waitstaff started talking **** about us in another language, laughing at us. We sat down waiting for food when the waitress came to us very rudely telling us to get our food from the counter, and apperantly it cost us two pounds more to sit at the restaurant?! It would have been a little weird but fine if their attitude hadn’t been so disgusting and giving us dirty looks. After that we had our pasta “served to us”. (which was horrible, the sauce was probably from a can, but we were very hungry) After we were done eating the blonde server girl heard us talking about how rude they were being and started cussing us out. My friend was trying to talk to the manager explaining that if this would keep going (the horrible service, the attitude, etc.) they would go out of business, but the

Never go to this place if you ever visit the Oxford street area. Their customer service is among the worst we have experienced in our life. (And I never write reviews so this is significantly bad.) They were talking behind our back (in a foreign language) for no apparent reason, and when got called out, gave the dirtiest looks. When we tried talking to the owner/manager, the waitress tried screaming over us, cussing and insulting us when we were leaving.
Trust me, do not bother.

Wanted a quick drink so found nearest cafe. Sat down and was given a menu. When asked what we wanted we ordered a drink and were told as it was lunch time they don't do just drinks. We promptly left.
Would not recommend!

Went into the cafe today for a quick cup of tea whilst shopping. The waitress brought me the menu and I ordered my tea. She soon returned and asked me what I wanted to eat. I replied tea was fine and she gave me a filthy look and told me I had to leave if I wasn't ordering food. She then took the tea away from me and said they would make no profit if people only bought drinks. This was very embarrasing in front of the other diners and frankly a disgusting attitude. I will never return to this cafe and will advise my friends against it. And by the way the tiny cup of tea was a staggering £3.50

Get better quality of food, the hamburgers are uneatable. Also not acceptable to have no ice for drinks. We refused to pay for burger, would never go back and would not recommend to others .

What a great cafe to stumble across! Friendly staff, speedy service, busy atmosphere and tasty coffee. I absolutely adored the almond twist I ordered - crumbly and sweet. Very reasonably priced, and I was made to feel most welcome. Thanks guys!

Firstly can I say the panini we had was okay but the tea was just a tea bag in a cup with a plastic spoon. However I wanted to write as the prices were too high for the quality of food and drink and the service was non existent yet a service charge was included in the price. Over £20 for 2 teas and 2 paninis is too much. I believe that a service charge should be the decision of the customer. I would not recommend as there are better quality cafés nearby offering better value and better service.
