Capturing the spirit of a true pasticceria, owner Max Natalini (a native of Tuscany) has worked closely with his pasticciere to create a range of products - from a delicate chocolate mousse served on a thin biscuit base, and available as small or large versions; to cream-filled cannoli and various versions of the croissant (‘cornetto’) enjoyed alongside a morning espresso in every café in Northern Italy, including one using sourdough and pastry cream. Milanese artisan coffee company, 7Gr. Standing by the principle that it takes 7 grams of finely ground coffee, no more or less, to make a rich and full-bodied espresso, 7Gr was founded by four young Italian
sisters belonging to a family with a long-standing belief in the importance of the art of coffee roasting.

A large counter showcasing the day’s freshly made treats is the centrepiece of the room, with a window offering a glimpse into the pastry kitchen. Those eating in can choose from a corner of sofas and low tables, or well-spaced high tables and stools.
