In May 2012 mother of 3 active boys, Jeanette Wickham saw a huge gap in the market and decided to set up a family cafe to support parents of young children and offer a ‘Space to play, time to think, eat and drink’; its a place not just for those with children, but for everyone in the local area. It's a haven for everybody to relax and enjoy healthy home cooked, nutritious food, take classses, hold parties and meet others in the local area.

Eat Play Love is a godsend for those out and about with little ones. You can come here for a coffee, let them run around a bit without fear of being frowned at by neighbouring, child-free newspaper-readers and also give them some healthy snacks to keep them going.
