Really could do with explaining to their staff that when dealing with customers they should at least try to be pleasant to their clients. Stopped going in as they are so grumpy and rude.

Hygiene needs to be a priority at any food outlet. I bought a sandwich from Jones Dairy today that contained a human hair... The current standards are reflected in this cafe's 0 out of 5 rating on the Food Standard Agency's Scors on the Doors website. Until standards improve this place should be avoided!
