Appreciating their customers and not laying down the rules on toilet usage. A lady often needs the loo before her coffee!!!

The staff are always really nice in here.. but "Perfect porridge".. Far from it! It was not properly cooked!! Oats were almost raw.. The one from Pret is 10 times better!
