Mediterranean Cafe

Please do not repeatedly fill up our glasses - especially if they are half full - and ask if we want another bottle.
It is very obvious that all waiters are required to do this.
It completely undermines what is a nice ambiance and food.

we dine here all the time and Al & ali the owners along with their son Dev make this the warmest of any cafe/restaurant in soho. very good food market fresh daily fish, vegetables and meats served by any one of his excellant chefs who prepare & cook all the produce in the kitchen which is centered to the middle of the restaurant. they open from 8am for a proper full english breakfst that is cooked the way it should be fresh. you wont find a better english breakfast and close around 11pm the menus offer al'a carte or fixed 2 and 3 course which offer even better value for money.
standard of service is very high.

We discovered this restaurant a few months ago one rainy night. We had had a drink in a nearby pub and it was so wet outside we ran to the nearest restaurant. We were warmly greeted into this cosy bistro. We ate from the set menu which was very reasonable. Plenty of choice,food good, sevice excellent.
We went back there last week and took our daughter who lives in London. The waiter remembered us visiting before. We had a lovely night, nice atmosphere and food still good.
