Cant disagree more with the above Review. Service is always very friendly, welcoming and extremely efficient by all the staff and on the occasions I have ordered from there I have received nothing but excellent customer service from the lady and gentleman behind the counter and have always been greeted with a smile and professional attitude. Proprietors are well established in the area and it is clear to see they take pride in their service and their business. I would highly recommend on all accounts!

With regard to Elles review I feel I need to make a counter comment. I was in the queue behind you, amongst many others, and your request came across as pernickety and fussy, and was unreasonable at that busy time. Mr City provide a great service to many of my colleagues and friends, and I respect the family that run the place for telling it how it is. I know of an instance where they made a special journey to the shop to cater for a customer request and delivered the same. I think your timing and attitude are wrong. Mr City provide honest food with honest service.

Just been in this place to ask for an egg bap, not too runny. The lady who owns the shop out of nowhere hurled a mass of abuse at me telling me and I quote “Madam, you can’t come in here and ask for ‘not too runny’ either you have well done or runny and that is that, so I continued to speak to the man whom I was making my order with and said ‘it is fine as long as the white in not runny’ In she jumps again ‘more abuse and attitude’
I politely told the gentleman ‘who had a sympathetic look and smil’ that I will leave it for today.
If the woman hadn’t had enough, in she goes again.
