Simply the worst coffee ever. I took the first one back, and asked for them to make it again. Amazingly the second was even worse. The coffee tasted of nothing whatsoever. Difficult to imagine how they could make it so bad twice. I think the people serving should also be more tolerant of people who send things back when they are not acceptable, and taste the coffee they are making.
