Metolino

Awwww... Personally, I think Metolino is a fantastic cafe, come restaurant, come bar (ish) - [next door] The ambience positively fluctuates from serene to buzzing. Decor is welcoming, rustic, traditional, homely with a dash of modern. The Manageress is absolutely lovely and so are all of the staff.
Professional, efficient, yet friendly and magnetic customer service. May I add that they have good memories too - never forget a face :-) Embracing of children and families. You'll find a mixed culture, age range and professional clientele here; from regulars to random passer-bys The Lattes (with my usual added chocolate powder on top) is just the kick I need in the ealy hours. Food is made upon request (fresh) and served beautifully (no slap dash) Overall... I lurvvvve Metolino and what they stand for. Family orientated, wholesome food, engaging and accommodating x

The photo doesn't do justice to the friendliness of this place. The choice of food is very comprehensive and they do a good range of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. The ice-creams and milkshake ranges are great for the summer.
