Terrible! I have painted here twice. Nothing was ready on the date that I was told it would be. One item was lost, one was damaged and one was so delayed that I needed to buy an alternative birthday present because the plate wasn't ready on time. I'd never go here again. Manager and head office offered no apology for the terrible service. However, the staff in the shop were very polite and helpful. |
