This cafe has been here since 1980, i put my best part of my life here. 50% of my customers come to me over 10 years. About 10% still come to me from the first year i opened. Why??? my good customers support me, it is also my job to look after them. Please note...this is a real working man cafe...friendly...but not everyone's cup of tea or may be coffee. Peter.

Petes Chow mein is Legendary, or his Beef Curry and Chips, or his Full English, anything you order is the Best Ever, Good Clean Food at a Silly Price.
How do I know this, I owned the Sign Shop opposite Petes for 20 years, and was lucky to have this Cafe on my Door Step, I have moved away about 6 years ago, and now live in Dubai, I come over once a Year, and look forward to making sure I vist Petes before I go Home.
