We decided to have a quick bite in hear a few weeks ago. I found it hideously over priced for a very sub standard sandwich. For that kind of money I expect hand cut bread not the cheap sliced stuff. The wait for food was unacceptable and they have crammed so many tables in there is no space. I would avoid simply because of the massively inflated prices.

I'm from North London but when I visit my friend who lives nearby we always visit Café Talis often for Sunday Brunch. The food is very good, the service is always excellent... friendly & attentive but not over the top.
We are always made to feel very welcome.
I would highly recommend visiting the Café.

My husband and I found this little gem of a place earlier this year, the food is lovely and at a reasonable price, and the owners Sonya and Kam make you so welcome. We really love this place and the music they play in the background, and it's open every day what more can you want.

Beautifully decorated and very friendly on arrival. The service was great as they made sure you had everything you needed and left you alone to finish your meal in peace. A request was made for a drink they didn't cator for, but rather than just apologise and move away the proprietor went out of his way to purchase the drink from the nearby newsagents. Extremely thoughtful! The food was hot, non greasy and well presented, with just the right amount.
