For many visits we have put up with the totally random service, where arrival time bears no relationship to the order of being served. Tonight our order was already available on arrivals except for the chips (hardly a challenge, surely). Yet we still waited for 15 minutes watching more recent customers getting served before us. Eventually, we got our meals. I queried the presence of a pie in the order as I didn't see it packed. I was assured it was there. On getting home it was obvious the pie was missing, My wife went back to the shop and, instead of an apology, got attitude and pathetic excuses. Sorry, but you need a basic level of customer service in addition to fast and good food. El Supremo has lost the plot.
