We live in Suffolk, close to the coast where there are lots of good fish and chip shops, but none better than Chippers in Cockfosters.
Whenever we visit family nearby, we always encourage them not to cook, so that we can get a takeaway from Chippers.
The fish is fantastic and beautifully cooked, so that it melts in your mouth.
I cannot remember ever having to throw a chip away as they are of such good quality.
Very much recommended. The best fish and chips I have ever had.

Been going there regularly for years. Quality wise, probably the best chippie I've been to. Always friendly and the food is consistently good.
