Our premises are inspected regularly to enable us to gain our Quality Awards . This indicates management control, customer service, food preparation practices, operational practices, hygiene, product quality and taste.

This Quality Award is valid for 2 years and can only be retained on standards being maintained for which we are assessed by externally appointed assessors.

We received our “Five Star” rating by Food Standards Agency and were the first food operation to gain this accreditation in Redbridge.
