awful, not people friendly, lady seemed annoyed that i asked for vegetarian options :( and when it eventually arrived it was bland including my husbands meat dish chicken was rubbery and odd tasting
would not go back here

i have already reviewed but if you notice all the good reviews have reviewed exactly the same number of times on other restaurants maybe its the people who work there.

I just ordered a take-away for me and my family, my girlfriend found a piece of wire in the chicken from the chicken chow main, we phoned them to complain and ask for my money back and all i got was a women shouting down the phone calling me a liar and a man saying no freebees and hanging up on me i have informed the police and the food standads agency but i thought that should inform as many people as posible DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE

as others have noted here delivery is always very quick, dont know how they manage it but the quickest ive ever had in london and food is consistently well prepared and very well priced, meat in dishes is good quality and im yet to find something on the menu that doesnt fall short of the mark after 2 years - best chinese in angel if not london and thats after 8 years in the capital

After my last review I thought I would see if the service was consistent. ordered at 22:00, asked for chopsticks and Soy sauce this time, and was told they don't do Soy sauce. Why not? Went and bought the Soy sauce and by the time I got back home the food was being delivered. food was delivered at 22:18. Exactly as ordered. no fuss about finding us, hot and chineseeee. Absolutely no problem recommending unless you want to buy Soy sauce.

Saturday evening, Ordered by phone and asked for a delivery, Order was read back to us and total price confirmed, we agreed a delivery time of within 45 minutes. I believe the food arrived in about 20 minutes WITHOUT the usual 'I am in this road where are you?' call from a lost driver, order was correct, Price as per phone call, food was well packaged, hot and tasted good. Delivery did not include Soy sauce or chopsticks, I suppose you have to order them.

always brought food from this resturant alway been ecellent food and very fulling food. the delivery is great they say 45 minutes to be sure but it always arrives withing 15mins of ordering it which is great. the men who deliver he food seem to be very moody though and dont look bothered at all but that does matter
