Sorrento Pizza truly excels in capturing the authentic flavors of Italy. Every bite of their pizza was a harmonious blend of tangy tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, and perfectly baked crust. The simplicity of their ingredients allowed the natural flavors to shine, reminding me of the rustic pizzas enjoyed in the heart of Naples.

Have visites this shop many times and has always been nice but called up today to make an order and the man shouted at me and hung up. I work over the road so popped over to see what the problem was. The man was very dismissive and rude once again. Will not be coming here again nor will anybody I work with and will not recommend it to anybody.

Absolute disgrace.

Despite what other reviews say here it seems customer service has improved - the guy taking my order on the phone was friendly and helpful and the delivery driver was very friendly.
Only downside was the pizzas took over an hour to arrive but they were piping hot when they did arrive and they were really lovely pizzas, Sorrento have a great selection of pizzas with some lovely ingredients and an authentic thin crisp base. Unfortunately I'm moving out the area soon but if I was staying I'd definitely use them again

I have never had such a horrible experience in my life! I have been totally shocked by the rudeness of the staff. I ordered 2 take-away pizzas and I had been waiting 1 hour an a half before having my COLD pizzas( I had to reheat them up in my oven!!). But this is not all!! Meanwhile, I was called by the delivery man as he couldn't find the way. I tried to explain to him how to get to my house and I gave him my Postecode again but I was verbally attacked by him and told that if I hadn't meet him where he had stopped his car in order to take my pizzas, I would have lost them and my money!What?

Pizza is OK and deliver late which is useful BUT the phone staff are really rude and dismissive which spoils the whole experience

The Phone staff was really very rude Pizza was ok but driver is very fast and had a nice behaviour I think only the driver is only thing which is nice in that pizza shop which named I think Hussain.

I cannot believe how rude the staff are! I got constant huffing and puffing, interruption, and just a horrible attitude! They have no time for you when placing a phone order. I wonder how they are in person?!
However it did not affect the food luckily!

pizza was lovely! nice to have a pizza with some different ingredients.

However, probably won't order from there again as the service was absolutely diabolical. I have never been treated so rudely.
After placing my order over the phone to be delivered with much huffing and puffing from the man on the end of the phone i asked to pay by card and the response i got was a very shirty "oh my god".

A shame because the food was lovely but how dare someone treat a paying customer so badly!!!!!
