I suggest they improve their manners. My most recent order was incorrect and I was given a dish containing meat for a vegetarian! When I requested a refund for the cost of the dish (just the incorrect one), I was shouted at and woman put the phone down on me saying "I can't give free meals!!". While the food was o.k., the service was not good and their manners were diabolical. I will NOT be ordering from HK House (Southgate) again.
