I felt it was only fair to write some praise for The Wok Express, having ordered from them a few times now I find their service to be second to none. Well done to all the staff for making it what it is in every aspect.
The woman taking the orders is always INCREDIBLY polite even when she is clearly rushed off her feet with other customers. However, They don't take card payments in store - but there are a few cash machines fairly nearby.
The delivery times are quite amazing too. 20 minutes has been their quickest time so far! At least 40 minutes quicker than anyone else I've ordered from before.
The food itself is fairly good. The quality and effort is definitely there. You get lots of it too - I've always found other places to skim on the quantity a little, but the guys at the Wok Express are quite generous :)
