I've been ordering from here for at least ten years and it's by far the best Indian food I've had, and I've had a lot! Highly recommended!

Best value takeaway in east London. The service is always friendly with a smile and the food is super tasty. Chicken achari a fave, they do a great Tarka Dahl -but we've enjoyed everything we've had. We used to use Taste of India who make great food too - but Bow Tandoori is Hal the price and just as good.

I just want to say I have been ordering from this place for approximately 6 years and I've never been disappointed. Although I have complained a few times with the workers for giving me too much food, which I have to waste and I for one hate wasting food. Never ever have I had to insist a takeaway to not over feed me!! It works positively for me though as now I basically just order a meal for one on the menu, but in total it actually feeds me and my husband!! It is already a fairly cheap menu. Other than that I love this place, it is my go to place whenever I am craving some good curry!! I am always greeted well by the workers and they always give me cheeky discounts, which they think I'm unaware of, I love bow tandoori!

I don't usually eat Indian food, because none can beat my mothers cooking. However, since i have moved out due to uni i have been craving Indian food! I found this takeaway, local, cheap food and best of all free delivery from where i live!! I was shocked that i was satisfied with the food, because as i am an Indian myself the food has to be to my desi liking and it sure was. Of course it does not beat my mothers cooking, but it definitely fulfilled my craving for good home food.

I would definitely encourage others to order from here i am definitely going to become a regular customer!!

The order is taken very smoothly. Their customer service on the phone and upon delivery is very polite. And the food is definitely better than what you'd expect from a takeaway. Id recommend their prawn curries and lamb bunas. Their nans are cooked to perfection. And I've been their regular customer for a year now so it's about time I gave them credit for their services. Reasonably cheap prices for exceptional dishes. Would defo recommend to Indian lovers like myself.

Thank you for your lovely service and hearty food. Keep it up.

I don't usually go for Indian takeaways however I must say that this place has great food ! The guy that spoke to me on the phone was polite and helpful as he had suggested to me the king prawn curry! It was one of the best curries I have had in a while. I would most definitely encourage others to try it out.

Contrary to some of the very rude reviews I have read about Bow Tandoori, I would just like to say that this Take-Away has been my go-to food place for the 15 years it has been running and I am very happy it has been standing strong for so long. The food is of great quality and has never disappointed. The prices are very reasonable, too reasonable at times and their offers of free vegetable curries for orders over £15 really impresses. The staff are very friendly and greet you with a smile ever time, offering free delivery which saves me the trip there. I would definitely recommend this place.

This Takeaway has been my local for over 16 years now and i must say they haven't given me any reasons to complain so far, apart from two occasions where i had to tell the owner to get his chefs to cut down on the quantity because sometimes they just love to over feed you which can be a waste!

They're curries aren't of a 5* hotel standard but hey look around the place you're still getting good value for your money and are still satisfying to the buds!!

The Curry chips and Chicken tikka always makes me want to go back for more. Only slight disappointment is that they don't serve al

From the outside this place doesn't look the most appetising so it took me a while to try it out. I am bit of a foodie so not easily pleased but I must say here the food is excellent and good value. I recommend the Korai and the Dansak as particular favourites, the Nan is amazing and contrary to the last review I am yet to get sick from this place, the dishes are fresh and certainly not of the same sauce. On top of all of that the service is very friendly. I am not sure if it is different ownership since last review but for since the last 4 months I keep going back.
