Greggs

I went in Greggs today on my way to work to grab some breakfast there was only me and some uber drivers i waited a long time to be served because the staff were to busy filrting with the uber drivers when i finally was served i had to tell the the assisstant three times my order because she was to busy chatting to make a bacon roll and a latte took her far to long no please or thank you and i had to guess when to put my card on reader i could have easily walked without paying very poor service extremely disapointing

It's so lovely on a day when your feel not to good after shopping & the sale assistants aren't very friendly or smile & saying a few kind words like hello, can I help you please or thank you have a nice day. I couldn't believe how delightful it was to walk in your shop created by a young Lady called Karthika...what a great credit to your store, she smiled & was very helpful & politely ask me was there anything else with a smile even thank me for the money & smiled when we finished I praised her for being the first person this week I've seen in a shop so welcoming.
