Cambridge Convenience Store

Yet another awful experience using this shop to return something. I usually try to avoid it as always get attitude from all the staff here . They all clearly hate dealing with packages and rather be on their phones. Always walk in polite say hi, just returning a package and just get shouted at that I don't know how to use their new scan machine - no advice just made to feel stupid by shouting over what to do. Then instead of knocking other items by the till I placed the light package on the side and got shouted at that is not a table, well yes clearly I know that - maybe make some more room then and say it nicely without getting shitty. I asked for receipt for 2 x items as only had one and again got the attitude. Now I have got home to check the receipt/tracking number and not working. Awful experience who knows if these items will be returned.

Another negative review - we walk to the next shop round the corner to avoid this store and even to Twickenham if we have a parcel to drop off. Everyone who works there is so consistently rude to the customers. Everything in the store is dusty and overpriced.

Don’t ask for help on the Hermès machine the attitude I received was totally rude, she eventually came to help me and then proceeded to be rude again, and I said there was no need to be rude. She then got personal about my family, which had no relevance, and I am not sure where she was going with that , I just ignored her and said nothing, she then said she won’t serve me. Two young girls who I obviously interrupted were annoyed to have to serve me. Why do you offer the Hermès Service !!!!!

Avoid this shop at all costs...
The female shop assistant pulled off her mask and shouted at me because I queried where to leave a Hermes parcel...
Disgraceful and dangerous behaviour in the midst of this pandemic..

Absolutely amazing staff, god sent as we would have no where to shop during covid 19. Very polite and helpful amazing staff and great services provided I would highly recommend

Amazing service and practically everything available in this local store

The shop has been a godsend during lockdown. They've got in more fruit and vegetables which has been very useful and they have been doing deliveries. Not perfect but a good local.

Every time I've been in there the female store.assistanr is always in the phone..
No courtesy afforded.
Freezer can hardly be opened.
Shop.needs a good clean.
Once Lidl opens on the Richmond Road there will have to.improve if they want customer to stay loyal.

improve their customer service. The lady behind the counter should not work there, she hates her job which is extremely obvious. Its not fair on customers to be treated so unfairly!
