DO NOT choose this store for collection. I came to pick up MY parcel but instead got yelled at aggressively by the man, he kept telling me I need an email from Evri. I believe they kept my parcel and lied to me because when I have gone to other shops for collection, they only needed my name. This shop should not be in charge of collections because the manager/owner is rude and aggressive towards customers he should actually be helping.

I would never ever go to this shop again. I went there to collect a parcel. They said they sent it back because I didn’t collect it in time. I asked them how long they keep the parcel for, they said 10 days, it had been 6 days. The manager/boss started yelling at me in front of everyone in the shop for absolutely no reason. He was extremely aggressive towards me and starting being aggressive to his staff who were trying to help me. I honestly couldn’t believe what I had just seen and experienced. I’m literally shaking, I am a woman and he just tried to intimidate me and screamed at me. Avoid it at all costs

Received absolutely disgusting treatment when collecting a parcel from this store - showed a photo of my ID but because it had my full name (Rebecca) rather than shortened name (becky) he wouldn't release the parcel. The store manager refused to be helpful, refused to speak to ASOS who had asked, and shouted at me instead of taking a reasonable and common sense approach. Do not use click and collect service from this store.
