EVRIParcel Drop - Did not offer 'No box or label needed' service. Shop keeper told me he had ran out of supplies, told me to print the label, then to wrap the product myself (luckily I had stuff) then go out the back, into the store room to put it into a collection sack - said if I wanted to go else where I could whilst he stayed sat down on his chair behind the counter - absolutely and totally useless. Worst customer service I have experienced in years, certainly wont be going again and would advise others to avoid. A very bad reflection on EVRI and Amazon. Thanked him for being 'Very Helpful' in my best sarcastic tone as I left.

I used the Hermes Parcel Service of this shop 2 months ago to return a package to Amazon.
The product was a pair of Headphones Bose QuiteComfort 35 (Series II).
The product was never returned to Amazon and I have been unable to track the product because when I insert the reference number, it says it's not in their network, which means that the parcel still is on the way to them.
