Farmer's Convenience Store

Visited this shop on 20th May 2017 to purchase some crisps. Considered going across the road to Aldi, but thought we would support the local small businesses instead. Picked up a small bag of crisps and purchased them (89p) and on our way out noticed that there was another bag of the same crisps, double the size for £1. Asked owner if we could exchange and pay the additional 11p for the larger bag to which he replied no but offered no reason. After some persuasion he refunded us our money and took the crisps back but when we tried to now buy the bigger pack he said no. Absolutely no reason given for not wanting to sell us the larger bag- ordered us to leave the shop. He was rude and offensive, his manner was definitely not a way to treat local customers trying to support local small business. Wont be returning. Would advise the owner to reconsider his approach to customer service else Aldi will be receiving lots more business.
