They did not have my item and seemed to be annoyed when I asked where it was, then provided no help in working out what had happened to it. Avoid

I went there to return a parcel. The scanner and the printer worked, I got a receipt when I dropped off the package, and after 3 days all the process was complete.

what a disgusting place. I went there to drop off a parcel to be sent, this man was sitting at the counter eating smelly food, told me to come back in 30 mins, what a joke. what kind of people run this place??!! I said I need to drop it off now, complined about the level of service. He could've have stopped eating and serve a customer, what a rude pathetic man. AVOID.

Do not go here. Wandered for an hour with a large Hermes package to drop off and he refused to take it as it was too big. Complete waste of time. To add to the frustration the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE!

This place is a joke. Advertises as a Hermes pickup point but when I went in to leave a package in, the owner said his scanner wasn't working. Fair enough if it was a one off. But he sent me to another shop down the road to leave in my package and they said he sends all his Hermes customers to them as he doesn't want the packages taking up space in his. Such false advertising! Surely this is illegal? Needless to say I won't be returning and have reported this to Hermes.

the guy who runs this best one is the rudest, most aggressive man.

i went in there with my baby son to pick up a parcel that I had proof was delivered to them and signed for. they were adamant they didn't have it and it was "not their problem". I said that it was as they had signed for it to which he responded "F*** off you stupid bitch".

Safe to say I won't be using this store again....
