Been coming her for yrs now and every single shop assistant is plane rude!! they treat you as if they are doing you a favour by serving you, yes SHOCKING that they are too thick to see that THEY would not have a business WITHOUT CUSTOMERS!! we spend out hard earned cash in here to be treated like we are of no value to them. They are very STRANGE people or misogynists even them males, they are not into people, just taking our money. Customers don't let them get you down, you are better than them.

I would not recommend this store!! assistants lack people skills and talk down to you, men have spoken to me like i'm stupid, not the way to speak to customers and served me like they are doing me a favour.

Staff member followed me out of the shop. I'd just cashed my £5 set for life ticket. Received an exchange ticket which I didn't have to pay for. Took the lottery ticket from me and asked another member of staff about the ticket. no apologies. I haven't been in the shop since. I won't be going in there again.
