Co-op Supermarket

The first time i used this delivery service , i was really surprised , as they came really fast with in half an hour of me finishing my order, and with everything id ordered . The second time i used this service, they had very few of the things i really wanted , and swapped a cabbage, i ordered 2 and they only gave me one, and it was tiny weeney ! and a different kind to the one i ordered, and two of the items i ordered they didnt have , and when the delivery man came an hour after id said between 4-5 he came at 5 he was very rude, and he asl=ed for my date of birth and didnt seem to understand what i said , as the co op had charged me another £11.odd, and ive already written them an e mail asking when they are going to refund this ! So second time round , not as happy although they do deliver tobacco wich is dificult to get delivered ! So second time round not nearly so good !! You would have thought on a Saturday they would have stocked up . Im not sure they know exactly what they are doing as its a relatively new service .
