Perfect.Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews here.The workers are very friendly and are quick to serve.My phone died and one of the workers actually let me borrow their phone to make a call.This is my usual corner shop in Walthamstow.Been living here for a while now and I’ve been going here for a while as well.Great place.

If there was a 0 star this shop would get it ! Extremely rude /miserable and grumpy staff member.

Never greets/smiles or communicates

Personally think eBay should terminate his contract/collection /business as it’s a disgrace .

The worst newsagents I've ever been to. It was my first time posting a Yodel parcel from this shop and the man behind the counter was SO incredibly rude. I said hello on entering and explained I wanted to post a parcel. He didn't say a single word and started tapping on his screen, then told me to go to the other side. I put the printed label on the box and he started serving another customer. I assumed I didn't need to do anything else and was about to leave (at my local newsagent we just hand over the parcel and don't need to do anything at all). He called me back so angrily and started having a go at me. I explained it was my first time and I just didn't know what the process was - there's no signage or instructions anywhere in the shop to explain that you need to put in the shelf behind the door (wasn't even obvious that was what that was for). For your own sanity avoid this shop at all costs. No wonder they don't even set themselves up as a shop on Google as I'm sure all the reviews would be 1 stars too. I'm never coming into this shop again, only went because I was in the area but better off going back to my local next time.

VERY RUDE! This store has a local reputation for being rude. It actually takes less effort to be nice and kind to people. I was there, on this occasion to collect a parcel. I don't understand why the shop keeper seemed be annoyed/angry that he had to find my parcel that I had come to collect. I had the barcode, which he scanned and had my ID ready. He grumbling something to me, but couldn't quite hear and so he then repeated it in a very aggressive way "When did it come?" His angry tone took me aback! I wondered what I could have possibly done in that 1 min, to be spoken to in that way. I calmly said 'it arrived today'. He was grumpy, trying to find it and and continued to grumble... I said, "I think it's that one" and pointed to a bright package on a high shelf...He then began to be VERY rude, telling me that he asked me what the parcel was and that I should have known because he has had to look for it, I explained that I genuinely wasn't sure/couldn't remember who the parcel was from (but mostly because I was still taken aback by his aggressiveness towards me and my mind was genuinely blank). I simply couldn't understand why he was being so rude to me and asked him what I had done for him to speak to me in that way. He then doubled down on how I caused him problems when he was trying to find the parcel and that he was now going to save my name and he will never accept a parcel, for me, to his shop again. Which is fine by me as I personally don't need to be insulted by someone who clearly is in a permanent bad mood and is rude to everyone. I think he should basically stop taking parcels for everyone and anyone, as it's quite clear he doesn't like people.

Extremely rude staff, I went to collect my parcel and the guy was super annoyed, I had the barcode and everything but he wanted to know other information like the date the parcel was shipped which I wasn’t sure of. Then yelled at me with such rudeness, very scary.

Rude staff! I’m finishing at work at 22:00pm, so I’m usually collecting my deliveries from collection shops, I went there at 22:45 to collect the parcel, and the guy at the shop was rude and said why I came to collect at this time. I will try another shop, where staff will meet me friendly and helpfully!

Please ensure that people collecting eBay parcels are the genuine owners of the goods ie proper id otherwise you are contributing to helping fraudsters.
