A disgrace- frequently opens later than the 7am start time and many empty shelves - appalling stock - almost always gaping empty shelves as insufficient quantities of stock are ordered - the only reason this store survives is there's no competition in Lupus Street - I'm amazed that Tesco senior management have not put this shabby store under the microscope and allow such poor standards to continue; shameful.

This undoubtedly is probably the worst Tesco store in the UK. Shabby shop interior, limited stock, unhelpful and rude staff and no proper adherence to the Covid restrictions. The best thing for this shop and the community would be its closure.

I really should be a bit more determined to avoid this place. I have had more instances of bad service and rude service over the years than I cant count. This evening I went to the Pimlico Fish Bar and ordered Scampi and chips. They cook scampi to order so said it would be about 10 minutes. No problem as I popped next door to Tesco to quickly get a few items and for once they were quiet and no queues at the one manned till they only keep open. I rushed round the store and get a few things then went to the checkout line. Only one person was in front of me, When she was gone I went up to the check out and put my basked on the bench. The server did not say anything but looked at my shopping then looked at her till thing then looked at my basked of shopping and without saying a word she came out from behind the counter and went over to one of the self service machines and started fiddling with the screen. I was about to say something about being asked to be served but then she started to make her way back to the counter. Then she turned and went back to the self service till and started fiddling round with the screen again completely ignoring me. I walked out and left my basket of items on the counter for them to put away. I left the store and as I did so I passed the lady saying 'I can't wait around here all night to get served - I have a takeaway waiting next door' ... 'she did not say a word and just fixe a stare at me. This store should win the ultimate award for being consistently ignorant and having no idea about common courtesy or customer service skills.

went to Tesco in Pimlico to buy brown rolls , reduced it would not show on the self service they were reduced, called one of the staff members for help, guy came over and said ( what's wrong in a rude ) in a rude voice, very rude, I explained to him about the reduce price , and he did not see i had 2 packs of baps and he said something again in a rude manner, i told him he needs customer skills to work there, another staff member that i usually came over and told me I was being rude to the boy, the all Tesco was looking at the embarrassing scenario , I was so embarrassed made my way out , and the security guy said to me they are always rude to customers and the same woman from the till had been rude to him ,
I visit this store most every morning never been spoken to like that, what an embarrassment, will not go back to the store ever again,

Posted the following on Tesco FB page - which will not respond to but keep removing:

..Just left the your appalling store on Lupus Str Pimilco SW1. I went in to buy two loaves of bread and some bananas. Stood in the queue for nearly ten minutes waiting to be served by the single checkout operator who was also tasked to sell scratch card lottery tickets as well as serving people buying groceries. I have no desire to use the self service terminals in this store as they are always going out of order. In the end I left the queue and, like so many others who use this store - or rather try to, I dumped the basket on the one of the many unmanned service areas and walked out and went else where for what i needed. This is par for the course for this store and has been since the day they opened. The only alteration is that this store gets worse and worse with each passing month. It's disgraceful the way this store is run and managed. Queues are allowed to back up right up to the far end

The store manager is very rude and the store has a discriminative practice against children that attend the local secondary school. The children and sixth form pupils are not allowed to enter the store until 15.05 and if you do be prepared to be search by the security guard and if this is not enough the store manager will come over and stop you entering the store. When challenged by a resident they contact the police!!! The store has a discrimination policy against teens and infringes childrens rights! This store should be ashamed and they wonder why communities break down
