Just rude and unhelpful staffs. I hope better supermarket brands will open nearby and I will be shopping there.

On 1 September I was suprised to find on sale chocolates marked " best before 10/06/2020". I drew them to the attention of the menager, and was assured they would be removed immediately. Imagine my suprise today when I discovered they were still on sale. Menager was not in today, and I spoke to person in charge, who was exstremely rude to me.

The Savacentre is very good but unfortunately the Sainsburys cafe very often closes early well b4 closing time of 7pm. They always use very dubious excuses latest one today 13 August 2019 they closed just after 6pm because the chef wasn't well. Why did this stop them serving tea, coffee soft drinks, sandwiches, cakes crisp etc?
When they close early they tend to always use this and other well worn excuses.
Very disappointing and annoying!!

Best choice for ORGANIC food and the ONLY store far and wide that cuts your bread in whatever size ( small / medium / large ) at the bread counter. Even better now that prices are compared to Asda`s . As I don`t like " poisoned " i.e. sprayed ( non-organic) food - for me - there is no alternative . Only criticism is that sometimes they run out too quickly of the organic fruit .

I phoned to find out if they stock a product. They didn't answer for 4 minutes and then someone picked up the phone and simply cut me off. I tried again and the same thing happened.

As the Savacentre is so big it would be helpful if a list could be shown at the entrance to show which aisles contain which products.

The staff are always very helpful and polite and friendly.

The store is well stocked with almost everything you could be needing, but one thing that is missing in their pets section is "Pedigree Training Treats" . Could these be stocked please? My puppy is very fussy and these are the only treats she likes. I have only found them in a pet-shop in Streatham so far. Thank you.
