I would like to complement one of the staff on the tills at Tesco Leyton branch.
Her name is Roohi 2832 .She is a real credit to the store .
She makes customers feel special! She is always helpful and
Friendly,
It's people like Roohi that makes Tesco a great store.

I have shopped at Tesco at the Bakers Arms since it opened in 1995 and although in the past, it has had problems with emptyish shelves and below par customer service, I have found that with changes in management the store is now cleaner, fuller and the staff on the tills and the shelf fillers are, as they always have been, very nice and friendly! I have however seen very rude and overly critical customers blaming the wrong people for things that they have no control over. My view is that you treat people how you expect people to treat you and your shopping experience will be a happier one

I have been a loyal Tesco customer for years but this store provides the worst shopping experience for customers by far. The shelves are always empty and the upon speaking to the managers about when the stock wil be arriving i have always received unsatisfactory answers. I would suggest popping to Iceland who are situated just a minutes walk away. The customer service levels are of a higher standard.
