I was pleasantly surprised by the kind and conscientious lady at the till today. Not only did she help with the packing but she informed other staff that she as going to help me load my car. I had a large shop and was very grateful. I realised that there was no one behind me, so she felt she was able to . I needed to let you know how your staff had helped an older lady.
