Aldi

I have been shopping at Aldi Hospital Road, Hounslow, mainly for Organic Milk , But today I had a very bed behavior by a staff member on isle with cash and card
He called me again and again for an item of 0.69 ( Mini Apples) for ehich I paid first time in cash and not picked up receipt, but when he (staff member of Aldi) indisted to show receipt I offred him to pay again by Credit Card and I paid and took the item , but he again followed me and said you have not paid I protersted but he insisted and made me to pay again, this time I used the same credit card again , which means I was forced to pay 3 times for a packet of small Apples i.e. once in cash ,twice on credit cards and still threatened by calling Store Manager, he arrived and that memberof staff than said him(Manager) no matter I have sorted out it.
I feel very upset and request Stores Manager to look into it and do the needful to restore my confifidence and respect for the Aldi in Hospital Road, Hounslow.

I was buying few times in Aldi never had a problem
, but yesterday almost on my end of shopping was coming to me the security ad told me that I can’t have my bag on wheels with me . And is some policy of the shop . I didn’t hear about so policy in any shop . He saw me on beginning my shopping didn’t tell no one words . First I would like see that policy second how I can leave my wheel back when are 2 separate doors and that security isn’t on place?
