Delight

I’m not the one to go FULL KAREN when leaving a review. But this one DESERVES all the insults I could muster! First, for just a few hundred meters from my place, I was initially given an almost an hour of waiting time.

An hour has passed, still no update and no delivery in sight. Already LOST my appetite! Second, I have to wait an hour & 1/2 for the food to arrive because of the extensions. To add INSULT to the injury, I’ve got missing items and only left with goddamn rice and curry sauce! RICE AND CURRY SAUCE for god-sake!!!!!!! Where are my goddamn chickenssssss???!!!! Oh! you just gave it to me almost three hours after ordering... wow!

And because there has been significant delays, rice & curry sauce are even cold! Are you freaking kidding me?!!!! All I wanted was just to eat (so to speak).

Delight, you are a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! Lately, I’ve been receiving subpar service from you, your regular customer. And each time you are getting worse. I will NEVER order from you again!

Absolutely awful. We waited nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive and when it did it was cold and they forgot one of the meals. We complained and they sent the rest of the order later on. Ruined what should have been a relaxed night and then was too afraid to eat the forgotten food in case it had a sneezer in it. Don't go to this place use any where else but here if you want a relaxed take away night.

So I place an order - tells me it will arrive in 45-60 mins. An hour and a quarter later I call and ask what's happened. He says he is waiting for the driver to come back in twelve mins and will then send it so likely to be two hours. I cancelled my order there and then. First and last time I use that place - apparently menu says they accept card too but they go through this pretence of completing ur card details and then say transaction void so have to pay cash - why not just say that rather than pretend to take cards. Wouldn't use them again and I don't recommend at all!
