If you like Burger Kings you know what to expect food wise, but you might be a bit disappointed by this restaurant - the upstairs is quite unpleasant, it feels a bit like a detention room in a school (cold, barren, and unwelcoming).
The service is good here, but for better surroundings go to the Macdonalds the other side of the Holborn crossroads.
