Best Kebab

Best kebab is exactly what it means fantastic kebabs and food. Been using this kebab shop for 17 years staff are friendly and the food is cooked in front of you. Good seating area and comfortable
I would recommend this kebab shop 100%.

Worst customer service ever. East London like all of London is densely populated with kebab places. I went to this place ordered and was one of the only two people there. 5-6 other boys walk in and order complicated meal deals while all I wanted was meat and chips. Guess what, the others get served one after another while I stand there trying to make eye contact and ask where my food is. I finally ask and I get silence. I simply got in my car, drove 30 seconds down the road and got food from somewhere else. Problem solved. Save yourself go elsewhere.

To be honest the food is nice, but the customer service is ridiculously poor and they speak really not nice as you would expect as a customer,try not to ask for too many things because they won't like it.

And I wouldn't say they were having a unpleasant day or anything like that,as I have been there alot,basically a regular & it would be nice if they could just hear a customer what you really want and just to understand what a customer needs are!

Customer service needs improving because they just don't know how to speak to customers properly. /-:
