Food is good tho nothing amazing but obviously you get what you pay for.fair prices in comparison to other places like this arround shepherds Bush. But customer service is appalling. Staff is not really polite and doesn't act professional in front of customers. I'm eastern European and I went there recently. Members of staff were swearing at each other and talking about very personal stuff in front of customers. They spoke in english only when their manager came in. Was disgusted but what I heard as I could understand what they are talking about as I'm from same country. I'm not saying that they should be denied to talk in their own language but they should mind what and how they say as that doesn't built good image for place like this. So in overall food was Ok but customer service is below acceptance.
