I walked past the McDonalds on Balham High Street this morning on my way to appointment.
I don't eat McDonalds anyway but the outside of the premises was strewn with litter from your "restaurant".... I use the word loosely. I appreciate this is your customers but you are a food unit and a) either get a BIG bin put outside for use or b) get a member of staff to clear it up first thing.
I looks disgusting, it is disgusting...set an example. I can't believe people haven't complained, quite rightly, about this before.

Absolutely terrible! McDonalds in Balham has recently undergone a makeover in the name of improvement and from what I can gather, the best they have been able to achieve is turning it into Argos! My question would be why would you take a successful business model like McDonalds that is working and then change it for the worse?? In the past, you queue up, order your burger and get the food. Now you get a number and wait. 1st burger cold so took it back. 2nd one only slghtly better - still cold. Coupled with terrible classical music and a doorman on the door am never going back again. Sorry guys
