E X P Chinese

AVOID!!! We used to order from here quite regularly as the food is ok, quick and cheap. Never again! Recently I walked in and placed an order. The food arrived very quickly. The chicken was chewy and clearly undercooked. A few pieces were soft, like raw chicken and one large piece was still pink in the middle (see photos). We couldn't eat the food and it went in the bin. I rang to explain and politely request that the meal be replaced. The young man who answered the phone was helpful, apologised and said that meal would be replaced. He asked me to hold and then there was a heated conversation which went on for about 5 minutes. An older woman came on the phone and was extremely rude. Called me a liar, told me that the chicken couldn't be undercooked as it is pre-cooked (clearly not these pieces) and that I would have to take the chicken back to the shop. When I asked if we would have the meal replaced if we did that I was told no because it couldn't be undercooked. Feeling sick, lost our appetite and £20 out of pocket. This is no way to treat your "valued" customers. Never again!

The food is consistently good and delivered very hot. They also have 5 star hygiene rating which many Chinese takeaways lack. It's my favourite Chinese takeaway in London!

Excellent service and the food is always good, able to pay by card before delivery is really useful if you don't have cash to hand. Would highly recommend this takeaway and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our favourite local Chinese take away by far. We are regular customers and are always happy with the quality of food. Also quick and easy to place orders, fast and friendly delivery. Highly recommended above any other Chinese in the area!

The best chinese takeaway I have ever had. A great range of vegetables and a fast delivery service. I love their WonTon soup!

The reviews are quite true. The in house service is good and the standard of cooking is the type that makes you understand the chef/s are properly trained and take pride in producing good food. If I had bothered to do more research about the products used in the foods (i.e organic/free range etc)I would have given them 10 stars easily.

What can I say! The food is simply the BEST chinese i have EVER tasted!!!! Me and my family eat from there almost weekly! The salt and pepper squid is a must. The rice is not oily and greasy like most I have tasted. I have absolutely no complaints. EXCELLENT

The food is exceptional, the service is fantastic, and so fast, they say 20/30 mins but it is always here in 15, piping hot from the wok! And the portions are more than generous, they have ruined us for any other takeaway...

its the best chinese ive ever had the best singapore noodles and i should no as ive been to singapore , its great for the money its not greasy its like going to a fancy resturant and having it in your front room ! staff are lovely and the food is perfect everytime the meat is fresh and not scraps like most chinease takeaways please go experience for your self!!
