KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken)

9 months ago I had a very unsavoury experience at this KFC with very poor food, rude staff, wrong order and even worse customer service from KFC HQ. Haven't been back until today where I received a very very poor service again, lack of manners from the staff, slow food order, cold fries and forgotten sides. Never again and not only will I not be recommending this place, I'll be sharing my experience with any thinking of going there. 0/10

I ordered a six peice bucket. The staff then had a conversation(not in English) I watched the assistant put 5 small chicken wings and 1 chicken leg in the box. Upon questioning the peices of chicken I was informed that they were not cooking anymore and it was a take it or leave it. So I left it. Would never visit this branch again and may even start going to Morley's chicken

I have visited this fast food restaurant on two occasions now and on both occasions the standard of service was extremely slow. On the last occasion, not only did they serve me with the wrong order, after waiting quite a considerable length of time; then replacing my order with what was supposed to be the correct order, on arrival home, I found it to be the wrong order yet again.

The quantity of chips was extremely disappointing, I was able to count the number (20 chips in the regular portion).

The standard of service at the shop was poor, I was made to wait for no known reason for at least 20 minutes before being served correctly.
