KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken)

I have just had a delivery from the Morden branch and for a start it looks absolutely anaemic and lacking in quantity and quality. It looks like it has been returned by a previous customer and the restaurant has thought they'd try their luck and foist it on the next customer on the list. The chips look as if the don't want to be on our plate. The corn on the cob looks like it was boiled yesterday and was shown some hot water today and told to jump on the back of the deliveroo bike or else!
Absolutely disgusting!!

I have been to this particular restaurant twice. Overall impression of the eating area is that it is clean and tidy. The cashiers are polite and courteous. In the effort of giving a very fair review and constructive feedback; to help the business improve on their services; I would suggest perhaps training staff to understand customers orders properly. I ordered on both occasions a family feast; requested if I could have mainly chicken legs and chicken thighs; however on both occasions we got mainly wings and breast meat. If this issue was resolved I would probably be a regular customer here.
