Went in here to get my OCI application done. They completed the forms very quickly and checked my documents for my application. Then they took the photos and I liked that the lights dropped from the ceiling to take the photo.. the oci photo came out great .. they printed the application and booked my appointnent with vfs. Very impressed as the speed in and out within 30 minutes.

The computer was so slow that it took 18 minutes to log into my emails and print one document. The unhelpful staff member flapped around the room the entire time I was there. The two suggested improvements are to get better computers and better staff

Sorry you faced this problem, but I think this just happened on the day you popped in. This certainly is not a regular occurrence. We have been open since 2002 and take Reload and it's business activity very seriously.
