Moccha Cafe

I come to this shop every time i need something to print. So far i have not had any bad experiences using the computers or the nice staff that operate the shop.

Went there simply to print an important document and received the worst service in all my life. Most computers were not connected to the printer. There were three members of the staff, and instead of trying to solve the problem nicely, they just kept telling me to jump over computers and try again.
At the end they charged me for using it one hour, despite the fact that I only used it for mere seconds. I did not protest as I really needed the document.

went to the Mocha Cafe during lunch as need to get a quick bite.
bizarre pricing....a sandwich is almost the same price as a hot meal.
quality of produce used was not particularly inspiring
why a ham and cheese sandwich is over £5 I have no idea
should have eaten next door !
